At 178 FLORIST, each flower arrangement is carefully prepared using fresh, seasonal flowers. We always do our best to make sure your order is beautiful and fresh.

Fresh Flowers & Custom Bouquets
Due to the seasonal and customised nature of flowers, fresh flower arrangements and custom bouquets cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. Flower varieties, colours and sizes may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability, but we will always aim to maintain the overall style, value and colour theme of your order.

Flower Availability
If the flowers required for your bouquet are significantly unavailable and we are unable to create an arrangement that closely matches the product image or selected style, we will contact you by message or email before preparing your order.

Delivery Information
Please make sure all delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address and contact number, are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Décor Items
All décor items are checked and photographed before dispatch to ensure they are in good condition when they leave our store. If you are not satisfied with a décor item, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day of pickup or delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the situation and do our best to provide a fair solution where appropriate.
